Special General Meeting 2026- WAPSA Curtin

WAPSA Curtin invites ALL our members to attend our Special General Meeting (SGM) which is held at the start of each year to address the goals of WAPSA and to elect students into vacant positions within the committee. 

Why Attend?

Your participation is essential in ensuring that we, as a collective, make informed decisions on important issues impacting pharmacy students at Curtin University. This is an opportunity for you to contribute your voice to decisions that will shape our association’s direction and advocacy efforts.

- Social Team Members (x3)

- Education Chair (x1)

- Pharmacy Awareness Chairs (x2)

- Rural Chair (x1)

- 1st Year Reps (x2)

- 3nd Year Rep (x1)

- General Committee Members (unlimited)

Nominations

You can nominate by emailing wapsa@napsa.org.au and cc'ing our Secretary. In your submission please include your full name, student ID and position(s) you would like to nominate for. Roles will be elected by members in attendance at the club’s Special General Meeting. 

Submissions close 12PM 18th February 2026

What if I cannot attend but want to be involved?

If you are unable to attend but wish to participate in the voting process or nominate for a role, please let us know if you would like to appoint a proxy and further instructions will be provided.
